We need to create something called "external dictionary catergory" that is handled a little bit differently from our "normal" categories. This is first, there could be more. Its content that is not ours, but from external source and we only put i on our website with the permission.

It should work pretty similar like normal category, with some smaller differences that we still need to discuss. Better wait for that after transforming Movapp into mutlilanguages website.

Hi @mvidner Some of these information are old. We generate transcription automatically now. No need to make it manually.

This PR waits only for "categorization" that is not ready yet. And because we are changing our data source (see https://github.com/cesko-digital/movapp-data for more) it is probably better wait after this change is made.
