no open issues, did you find the same behaviour with any open dataset so I can try to reproduce your issue?

this repo is not fully abandoned, it's just under very very low maintenance, and is still the only reference for any non-company-affiliated darknet versions ;)
how do you build darknet? Makefile is not used under windows. Please open powershell, go to darknet directory and then git pull .\build.ps1 -UseVCPKG -EnableCUDA -EnableCUDNN -EnableOpenCV

nope, only windows for now. there is an open issue to look for help in porting to linux. it does work well on wine, anyway
i want to close here quickly because then there is already opencv 4.10 to be added!
i ported opencv2 and opencv3 features to manifest and improved their testing policies i will port opencv4 features to manifest asap
