Deathemonic rofi launcher does not close when esc is pressed

Im using the launcher Deathemonic bin on Hyprland 0.41.2-3 If i open it with my shortcut (super + R) it does not close until i open an app, even when esc is pressed

If this is a Rofi issue im very much ready to go repor there, but I dont really know what the Deathemonic bins even are so im asking here first

It can be closed with alt+f1, seems like you can change it in bin/launcher

oh yep, i see. I might suggest possibly removing that line (so that its consistent with the runner) or adding a documentation mention for that. I'm willing to draft a small pr for either of those.

Try using rofi-wayland instead of the regular rofi for wayland compositors.

This was on rofi-wayland. using normal rofi through xwayland didnt work very well for me.
