How to improve response speed?

My response speed is 0.6s and im wondering if theres anyway to improve that

Connection is 1.5Gbps down and 2Gbps up so it's not that and in new to python so any hints would be greatly appreciated, code wise I'm making progress but my response time is slow so wondering what I could do to improve it

Think about the connection route. That is the only hint I could give. Better talk privately I think.
