Ground rules bullet points do not match with the following detailed description captions

This was a deliberate change made by #1451: "Sounds like accusatory, and more inclusive."

By the way, I meant to say "sounds less accusatory and more inclusive", the "we" that is. Sorry about the confusing comment.
