Specify a custom IP on Docker Swarm creation

During installation, it would be better is we can set our desired IP specially being used on initializing a new Docker Swarm. This is a great one for a machine that has multiple ethernet.

You can use MAIN_NODE_IP_ADDRESS env var when installing CapRover. Search in issues to find examples.
