Remove all networking code

One of the things I decided since working on this project before, is that the networking problem is actually outside the scope of CTree itself. So one of the biggest changes, getting back into the code whenever I do so, will be removing all the networking code.

All the code will still be available in git history, obviously, so it's not like it's really "gone" for historical purposes. Just cleaned up from more current workings.
