Export to HTML: nested todolist renders incorrectly

when using indentation on a todo list, the parent item of a sub-list doesn't render a <input type="checkbox">. Instead it renders a literal [ ] text

This is obviously an issue with Kramed. Pandoc export seems to work as expected.
