Disney+ was recently launced in South Africa, using the Mobile number and OTP Authentication method. No addon is availble as yet.

Disney+ addon to support South African authentication.

I have not found another solution, using a web browser to view content

Disney+ Hotstar is not also in Israel (starting Jun). Authentication is done with mobile too.

I tried installing botallen on Kodi but Disney+ hotstar app launched with an error message. Not sure why, I can either look for logs somehow or hope that whatever you do to support this for South Africa will also fix it for Israel.
