It seems that more and more prompts are starting to implement asynchronicity via zsh-async which makes us, stuck with MSYS2, suffer quite a bit :) Would be awesome if some...

Just occurred to me that even synchronous fallback (if technically possible) would be better than `(zpty):zpty:12: can't open pseudo terminal: bad file descriptor`, IMO. Sounds like a terrible idea though.

That's a great tip! How about just recommending to install the Highlights extension, and if it is, hooking into it and shipping some set of rules as part of All...

That extension is actually [surprisingly little code](https://github.com/fabiospampinato/vscode-highlight/tree/master/src)..

I don't currently have any Highlight customizations. I'll post a couple of screenshots in both light and dark modes, sorry that I don't have anything more specific. --- ![image](https://user-images.githubusercontent.com/101152/40479448-df228160-5f4b-11e8-846c-2742c2184735.png) ![image](https://user-images.githubusercontent.com/101152/40479469-e8260bc4-5f4b-11e8-851d-fbe412213d68.png)...

Wow this is awesome! Already much better than the stock look & feel. I'll post some specific feedback, based on a couple of examples: VSCode: ![image](https://user-images.githubusercontent.com/101152/40599396-46f8750c-624d-11e8-9cfa-8ac1d9cff460.png) Caret: ![image](https://user-images.githubusercontent.com/101152/40599402-578d8024-624d-11e8-90cf-afe2a1dbbe0b.png) 1. The Highlight extension might not be entirely bug-free :) ![image](https://user-images.githubusercontent.com/101152/40660174-83ed30c0-6350-11e8-8520-6b8e64e01d6f.png)

Not sure I'm afraid.. maybe "Zen" mode? But that's probably overused already :) "Distraction free" is not a bad name, IMO. "Focused", "plain", "minimal", "lite", something like that..

You mean [this extension](https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=buzzfrog.imagepreview)? For me, the goal would be to be able to scroll the document and see images instantly. If that cannot be done in VSCode, that's fine.

The "light" styling looks nice! Tone down images? Probably yes (harder to me to tell without seeing it :) ).
