templatebuilder.pl error

Hello Team,

I have a strange issue with the templatebuilder.pl in devmon/extras/ folder.
When going to use it to create a template for one Asus Switch , receiving this output error: ./templatebuilder.pl -cpublic -v2c 10.10.10.10 Modification of non-creatable array value attempted, subscript -1 at ./templatebuilder.pl line 46.

Any help will be much appreciated.

Hello, Sorry, but I did never use it...ann touch it.... -AFAIK, This is a perl error and by googling I found that this is probably because the script has an empty value..., need some time to understand...what I can do.

• But you can also try to use a linux (or other) template and create a new template based on it. I will keep this "Bug" open a try to reproduce the problem and try to have a better error message or fix it.

WORKAROUND: use template "default" and customize it! Hello, I just added a template "default" can you test it ? I will also probably close turn this issue as a featue request as

1. It could be cool to have such a discovery tool
2. The current one is very ols and I will probably completly change the concept

Do I have to download a new devmon or to copy the default template directly to template folder ?

Take it all! Just rename the devmon folder to devmonold and recreate a devmon folder
