Cascade delete resources of a pipeline when a pipeline is deleted

When a pipeline is deleted, but there were some pipeline runs, you can still query the status of the runs. The runs of a pipeline should be deleted when a pipeline is deleted and the status should be "cannot find status". The status code should be 404
