Support for R5

Any plans for incorporating FHIR R5 resources?

+1 It would be useful to have R5 and a roadmap for R6

We've been discussing this internally, along with improving standards compliance, adding TypeScript support, and other use cases. We'd be interested in learning more about your needs. Could you provide some insight on the use cases you're trying to solve for?

I'm familiar with the graphic here, but yours seems slightly different. Mind sharing the source?

Are you trying to follow the guidelines here, the current R6 draft, or something else?

Same source, I had created the one for the ncpi draft IG. Yes, trying to follow that IG. Only addition is: the use of the DiagnosticReport is as an alternative to Task. We would need to have R5 support. A commitment to support R6 if/when it becomes official is helpful.
