Exchange your business card with people nearby (Website)

Leave your paper business cards at home. With Card Case you can create your digital business card, and share it with people nearby in seconds.

Using Google’s Nearby technology, the Card Case app exchanges your business cards with people around you. You don’t need to create any account or send emails. And it works instantly.

Features

• Share your name, photo, email, phone number… any information you want
• Exchange cards with one or multiple people near you, at the same time
• Only exchange your business card when you want to
• Keep all the cards you received for later
• Search your received cards

Development

Before building the application, you will need to:

• Create a local.properties file with google_nearby_api_key
• Create a app/fabric.properties file with apiKey and apiSecret
• Add your google_analytics_tracker.xml to the app/src/main/res/xml folder
• Add your google-services.json file to the app folder
