Still an issue. Safari OSX Version 8.0.8 (10600.8.9) sometimes shows up with "no-autoplay" and sometimes with "autoplay".

I get neither green nor red background on the first load of that page in Chrome 47.0.2526.106 (64-bit) OSX. Same result in the iPad simulator; first load - white background....
