exactly what it sounds like something like ,karmalist, so can see what I have liked or disliked in #bitbot, or on the server in general, or what everyone has voted for on the channel, as a total, like "politics(-15), html5(15), bitbot(50)" etc, maybe?)

possibly a more detailed version that shows <thing>++ and <thing>-- votes, or total nr of votes and current total?
