The bot duplicated on configuring SASL and running !reconnect

  1. config s SASL SCRAM-SHA-256 bittibotti:password
  2. reconnect

And soon afterwards in addition to bittibotti there is also a bittibotti| on the network

i think this might just be caused by !reconnect sometimes. not sure why yet but I've just seen it happen again without the SASL precondition
