Guess so. the app in it's current state barely works on newer builds of win 10.
So any news what's happening with this app. If it's a abandoned project, any alternatives?
No news. Try contacting the developer if you are curious and report back please if you got any answer. Sadly there is no open source feature rich gui based dnscrypt win app like this. There is no alternative. take a look at "yogadns" if you are ok with proprietary code.
