inspired by http://bl.ocks.org/rkirsling/5001347 and my long years of pain in trying to find a good visualization way to first understand myself and second explain probabilistic graphical models. I'm talking about hidden markov models (directed), or conditional random fields (undirected), finite state transducers, ... It would be awesome for me to easily create models, understand well their structure, and to look up their properties/probabilities. Furthermore, the awesome plus thing would be to be able to dynamically visualize the training or running of a graphical model algorithm, in real time, as the data is processed through the nodes and edges

My plan is to go to Australia at the end of the year (1 to 2 months) to collaborate with Mikael Boden from University of Queensland. Then, I will work on the graphical editor :) -- Hope it comes to fruition
