Add thumbnail generation

  • Improved quality by using PDF instead of PNG internally
  • Larger preview
  • Thumbnail generation in addition to preview
  • Fall back to textual preview after 10 seconds timeout

Maybe I should have divided this pull request into topics, but I felt that it is easier to do it in this way since this project is small and any change ends up like a rewrite.

So please feel free to ignore this request if you think it makes too much changes.
