Bookmarks: Dialog: Prevent additional dialogs stops delete from working

Describe the Bug After activating "Prevent this app from creating additional dialogs" and hitting OK, it doesn't delete bookmarks anymore.

To Reproduce

1. Go to 'Bookmarks'
2. Click on '...' and click "delete"
3. Dialog: Hit OK
4. Click on '...' and click "delete"
5. Dialog: Check "Prevent this app from creating additional dialogs" and hit OK
6. Click on '...' and click "delete"
7. Nothing happens, no dialog or deletion

Expected Behavior Deletion of bookmark without popup

Additional Notes Luckily restarting Beaker resets the checkmark setting
