Feature request: option for removing auto comments

Would be great if there will be a option for removing auto comments when processing more JS files together... (sorry for my english)

I mean this... /* ********************************************** Begin your css file .js ********************************************** */

+1. I need to collaborate with my team mates who don't use CodeKit (Windows users with Prepros). But these auto comments are messing up the SVN. An option to disable them would be awesome.
