i installed Vgrive, all seemed to be working, the window then closed, but only a few files are showing in the Vgrive folder. if i open Vgrive again the window opens for a couple of seconds then closes again. I'm new to Linux so go easy.

try to open vgrive through console by typing com.github.bcedu.vgrive

it will show an error message when the app closes

I have same problem except it takes a bit longer (couple of minutes) to crash. End log message says this:

(com.github.bcedu.vgrive:3857): Gtk-WARNING **: 22:36:19.838: Invalid text buffer iterator: either the iterator is uninitialized, or the characters/pixbufs/widgets in the buffer have been modified since the iterator was created.
You must use marks, character numbers, or line numbers to preserve a position across buffer modifications.
You can apply tags and insert marks without invalidating your iterators,
but any mutation that affects 'indexable' buffer contents (contents that can be referred to by character offset)
will invalidate all outstanding iterators
