I'm using a mono repository with several addons that utilise intl. Th plugin seems to miss those too...

Hi, I rather do it right then wrong... But I would argue circular dependencies aren't bad design perse. They exist in doctrine entities. Think of a one to many relationship....

I'm not (moved away from this), but if I remember correctly this container is meant for testing environments. Should be in the docs.
