Time for a new release?

The last release was in 2018.

This project doesn't use deps.edn and doesn't have automatic snapshot releases, so there is no easy way to depend on the latest code.

I'd like to second this request. More than happy to help set up either automatic releases or a deps.edn file depending on which direction the owners would like to move in.

I went ahead and created a PR with a deps.edn file in place.

Thanks for your interest and contributions to Loom. Unfortunately, I haven't had the bandwidth to contribute to and maintain Loom (post on the Clojure mailing list), and there are currently no other active maintainers. If one of you wants to pick this up, that'd be great!
