New install instructions needed

There should be "install" instructions for both compiling from source, and binary downloads for linux and Mac.

A homebrew package would be great. I think it was available before the project was migrated to the awslabs orga (but I could be mistaken).

You can get the binaries from github releases, and if you know how to build a go project I think you should be able to compile it. I agree however that this would be nice to be documented.

Contributing.MD seems to be where this is documented. Should be moved to the README.
