Currently, we can filter based on events, however it would be nice to also filter based on the resource status within those events. This would allow us to filter any resources with a "Resolved" status out of the Slack messages.

A current example of this is with RDS upgrade reminders. These come through as "AWS Health reported an issue with the RDS service in the US-EAST-1 region.*" and list all the RDS instances that are in scope at the time the alert was created. However, as we proactively upgraded these databases they still appeared in the list even though their status was "resolved". Filtering these out so the message only contained the resources that still require action would make it a lot easier to know what work is left to be done.
