Cannot control the precision of the array returned by cosmicray_lacosmic. Always get float32.

Thanks for opening this @RuiningZHAO -- is the desired behavior to be able to specify the type of the returned object or is the desired behavior for the type of the data output by cosmicray_lacosmic to match the type that was passed in?
