1. station-m2: move to rk35xx family
2. Add legacy-5.10 and vendor-6.1 kernel for station-m2
3. This PR is depend on https://github.com/armbian/linux-rockchip/pull/187 and https://github.com/armbian/linux-rockchip/pull/186
