The former is small and specific enough to be added to the latter, facilitating its installation.

I understand the motivation for this change, but I'm hesitant to do it since the idea was to re-use selection.vim in other plugins without copying and pasting. That said, I haven't been working on vim plugins much, let alone ones that use selction.vim so it may be worth the convenience.
