Link to Android docs from main page

While the Android documentation is not as fleshed out as the other parts, it would be helpful if they were at least included on the main doc page and in the overflow menu:

@tir38 It was initially not linked when we updated the setup since it wasn't using a setup compatible with our docs generator. I believe that Android PR 1783 should fix that. Once that gets merged, I'll work with our team to get that added to the main docs site.
