Is there a way to add custom tags in Zipkin tracing ?

Today Zipkin trace logs 2 custom tags namely http.method & http.path. Is there a way to add more custom tags like instanceId.

Also Server trace displays only the IPAddress and there is no port displayed in the address. How to configure the tracing log to show port along with IP address?
