Background bash commands

It's often useful for Claude to run commands in the background, and have access to their stdout and stderr outputs. For example, this web app template has an MCP server for running the development servers. However, when achieved solely via MCP, there wouldn't be a way to leverage the permission system that Claude Code has for regular bash commands. Tighter integration with Claude Code would be very nice for this.

Add guidelines to your CLAUDE.md for using tmux, it works like a charm.
