Support VSCodium

Hello, would you mind adding support for VSCodium? :-)

What exactly doesn't work? Does it work if you manually install the extension from https://www.npmjs.com/package/@anthropic-ai/claude-code?activeTab=code

If a manually install the VSIX file it works, thanks.

So what is not working is just the IDE detection when running /ide from Claude Code in the integrated terminal.
