Upload baposter to CTAN

Please upload your great package to CTAN.  That would make it much easier to 
install, since it would get into TeXlive and other TeX-distros.

It would be really great if this was available through CTAN. otherwise I always 
have to manually check your site, whether a new version is available.
It would also make this package a lot more popular -> more bug reports, etc.
