Is localisation of error messages in scope for this project?

Do you have an idea of what this would look like? I'm not familiar with what localization libraries exist in rust.

I'm open to this if it can be implemented without us having to maintain the translations ourselves. For example we could provide a better way to inspect the error and generate a custom message.
