Avoid repeated re-ordering

Some of the lists switch order by one or two positions, ideally this shouldn't happen so it's easy to see what's added/removed.

Perhaps ordering should be grouped by approx stars (10, 100, 1000 etc) and then ordered alphabetically within each star group.
