"not working" is very hard to diagnose - can you paste what you see in the terminal?

Since this is a demo, I initially went with localstorage as the simplest way. If anyone wants to do cookies, feel free to take on this issue.

I never managed to reproduce this locally, which is hard to debug for me. @PGoski could you share your environment? Do you have an idea why there's an error?
