If the MacPorts installation hasn't been updated for more than a fortnight, when Alire.Origins.Deployers.System.Macports.Detect calls port info --version {pkg} it will will output a warning message, thus making the response more than one line and raising CE.

Of course, any MacPorts user should be calling sudo port selfupdate and sudo port update outdated regularly.
