Hi! Thanks for the contribution! This pull request contains quite a few changes, so I have to find some extra time to review and merge all the stuff. I'm sorry that I can't do it right away.

Hi, sure. Code base changes not so much (dropped old java tests, updated Scala to 2.12). But Maven -> SBT change is massive. After prepare first test your repos. I did it online before PR, it may work in some different way (deploy to the maven). Also as i remember, i've preferred to don't use PGP for deploy simplicity, but some artifact services requires it.

Sorry, @merqlove I suggest that you keep it in a form of a nice fork of your own. I did not manage to find the time since 2017, hence a massive update to mystem-scala is unlikely for now.
