How to use the AI_PS_Library.js and Scripts in CEP\extensions\LAScripts\scripts?

I can't figure out how to use the library that comes with the plugin. (AI_PS_Library.js)

All of the scripts are .js and not .jsx which is kind of confusing.

I love this plugin though. Any chance of a clarification?
