Hi !

I added the french language. All keys have been translated. I wanted to integrate it directly into the application but it doesn't seem to be finished because the language change doesn't work!

Thanks for the translation. Localization doesn't work yet. I will merge this PR once the system is finished and refactored. Perhaps in the 1.2.0 update
