Mobile Version of Web UI

I assume many people open webman from their phones (I know I do). It would be awesome to have either a responsive Web UI, or a dedicated mobile version. I saw a closed issue from 2018 requesting an API. That's definitely an awesome idea so people can create their own app/front end for webman. Awesome job on this whole project, by the way!
