I assume you installed Hugofy-sublime via Package Control. Right? Apparently the latest official version is installed in this case. However, this version contains the buggy file hugofy.sublime-settings.

At Github this was fixed a few months ago (https://github.com/akmittal/Hugofy-sublime/commit/903c0a54c27a8650b318578a474289776abf559c). Since then no new official version has been released.

So download Hugo-sublime as a zip file from Github and extract the contents into the package directory of Sublime (for me it is ~/.config/sublime-text-3/Packages/). Then Hugo-sublime should work.
