changed extension to use full path to hocon config. Putting overrides on hocon in config file was not overriding defaults when putting the values under the journal and snapshot-store paths.

@4deeptech Thanks for this. I'd like to merge #23 first, since it's a complete re-write and might not suffer from this issue. Heads up that the cassandra schema will change significantly. Are you using this in production?
