Create new set of fake certs and instructions for recreating them

This sample ships with a CA certificate and server credentials that are part of the grpc/grpc-java.

Instead, create a custom set with instructions to reproduce the certs and keys with specific instructions wrt the relevant details (authority VS subject,...).
