How to add option from admin for choose file that will be reflected in frontend of product page

I want clarification regarding the choose file feature from frontend. can we add option from admin panel to create the field in front page of product deatil page? So that we can add other related image from front end. Screenshot from 2022-09-09 18-23-24 For example: we can add option like given in above screenshot. but I don't found the same option for image

There are PR for implementing that feature but they are of low quality so we didn't merge them yet:
