Some groups do not WANT their entire ActionNetwork list synced into Affinity. They only want a subset, perhaps a small one. Perhaps setting either a tag or a custom field on a member in ActionNetwork is the way to identify them as "do not sync". The default should be "will sync", so if the tag or custom field is missing, then we do sync them.
