[Enhancement]: Summary view or List view
Describe the feature/enhancement
I'd like the option of showing books in a view that shows at least a few lines of the description.
For example, from Plex:

I think this is a duplicate of #471 but with the addition of displaying some of the description.
So I would like the ability to view lists of stuff by title only, i.e., NO thumbs. This isn't the best way of visually showing it, but hopefully it will make sense when you read this. I've attached screenshots from the gnome file viewer (still nautilus?) with thumbs/icons and then "zoomed out" to just display a list.
I've been using the bookshelf view so that omits the captions (which help) but the thumbed display can be unwieldy and slow, especially if you're trying to figure out what is in the library. This is especially problematic when I want to find out what titles are from a particular author. E.g., a list would be useful here (and yes, they're all sequentially-numbered "units" but the point is valid):
This is a great idea. There are a few visual ways to do this but it would make browsing books much easier. Now, one has to click on each individual book in a series just to read the description. Even just a hover mode in the current versions view would be nice. Like on Audible. You just hover over the book and it shows the description.
