Expected behavior
When compared to Spectrum CSS: https://opensource.adobe.com/spectrum-css/toast.html and the designs at https://spectrum.adobe.com/page/toast/ I'd expect to see the same styling in Spectrum Web Components.
Actual behavior
The examples at https://opensource.adobe.com/spectrum-web-components/components/toast/ aren't the same. The border is thicker & brighter.
